I started my yoga journey in 1999 by attending my first class at Jivamukti Yoga in New York City. I have since logged multiple hours of practice, over 200 hours of teaching experience, two teaching certifications, and several hours of continuing education. In my practice I am drawn to Vinyasa yoga for the fluid pace, creative sequencing, and strength in the postures. When I teach, I bring this creativity and strength to my classes, and ensure my students are focused on being present in the body and mind. In my classes, I lead them through their personal practice with attentiveness, compassion, and humor.
